# Rules

> 1. <mark style="color:purple;">**New Life Rule**</mark> - If you die your character has lost all memories, events and information leading up to their death. You are not to act on any of this previous information.
> 2. <mark style="color:purple;">**RDM**</mark> - RDM will get you kicked/banned.
> 3. <mark style="color:purple;">**VDM**</mark> - VDM will get you kicked/banned.
> 4. <mark style="color:purple;">**Cop Baiting**</mark> - Cop baiting is strictly forbidden, cops will not engage you in RP if you do so and you can get kicked and/or banned.
> 5. <mark style="color:purple;">**Meta Gaming**</mark> - No meta gaming by using information given out of character.
> 6. <mark style="color:purple;">**Power Gaming**</mark> - Putting another person in a situation they can not RP out of a.k.a Power Gaming is not allowed.
> 7. <mark style="color:purple;">**Unrealistic Tunes**</mark> - When RPing, keep you car tunes realistic, especially when participating in police chases. For example, a Hellcat is not going to go 300mph!! Keep your F7 tunes realistic.
> 8. <mark style="color:purple;">**Illegal Activities**</mark> - Each illegal activity/job will require a certain amount of police (1 most of the time) on duty. If you are in the middle of the activity when a cop goes off-duty, You may finish promptly. You may grow and sell but NO processing allowed! Apart from that, NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY PERMITTED WHEN NO ACTIVE POLICE!
> 9. <mark style="color:purple;">**Exploiting**</mark> any jobs, activities, scripts or using them in a fashion they are not meant to be used, you can face a kick/ban.
> 10. <mark style="color:purple;">**Cheating**</mark> Is Not Acceptable At All, And Immediate Action Will Be Taken.
> 11. <mark style="color:purple;">**Any ill intent or threats**</mark>, as well as players who break serious rules, will be reported to CFX (who we work closely with).
> 12. <mark style="color:purple;">**In-game Sales**</mark> - Selling your personal vehicle for irl currency will result in a ban and the vehicle will be removed.
> 13. <mark style="color:purple;">**Advertising**</mark> - You Are Not Permitted To Advertise Other Servers. We Are Working On Creating A Community Here, And We Don’t Appreciate Such.
> 14. <mark style="color:purple;">**Hot-micing**</mark> Is Unacceptable. This Can Be Considered Talking Over Each Other, Yelling, Screaming, Or Playing Music Obnoxiously.
> 15. <mark style="color:purple;">**Gangs and Crews**</mark> - Gang activity allowed EXCEPT killing with no reason. ( As stated in Rule: 2 ). A maximum of 10 members per gang and minimum of 3. \
>     • Gangs and Crews ARE NOT THE SAME! When roaming as a gang affiliate, you will NOT run with your crew and vice-versa.\
>     • Gang Wars are allowed via 2 options. Gang Wars Event or when minimum 3 cops active. If none of these options available then it is not ALLOWED!
> 16. <mark style="color:purple;">**Chat**</mark> - OOC chat is only for reporting issues or concerns to staff. You shhould NOT be using it for anything else.
> 17. <mark style="color:purple;">**No Crime Zones**</mark> - The following areas are Green Zones meaning safe zones where no crime like assaults or shootings can happen: ProStreet Hub, Pillbox Hospital and Police Department.
> 18. <mark style="color:purple;">**Reports / Issues**</mark> - Make sure to report any issues or violations committed by other members by using the report system put in place by either server. Clipping/recording software such as Medal, GeForce, Overwulf and more will always help any situation.
> 19. Using /vehiclemenu outside of tracks or events will get you kicked or banned.
